Limited Liability Warranty

“The limited warranty set forth below is given by Lock ‘N Load, Inc. with respect to new merchandise purchased and used in the United States and it’s territories. Lock ‘N Load, Inc. does not extend any warranty for products sold outside of the United States, except those sold through its authorized channels of distribution.

Lock ‘N Load, Inc. warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year commencing on the date of the original retail purchase, and will , at its option, repair or replace free of charge, any part found to be defective in materials, workmanship, or both. This warranty extends to the original purchaser. You must retain proof of purchase from Lock ‘N Load, Inc., or any of its authorized distributors for this warranty to be valid. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If you purchased this product from any other source, your purchase is “as is” , meaning Lock ‘N Load, Inc. grants you no warranty, and you, not Lock ‘N Load, Inc, assumes the entire risk of the quality and performance of this product, including the entire cost of any necessary repairs of defects.

This limited warranty shall only apply if this product has been properly installed and has not been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, water, or damage due to a natural disaster. Damage resulting from improper installation or the use of any part not provided by or approved for use by Lock ‘N Load, Inc. will void this warranty as to any resulting damage. Lock ‘N Load, Inc. does not authorize any person or representative to assume or grant any other warranty obligation with the sale of this product.

Lock ‘N Load, Inc.’s liability for damages to you for any costs whatsoever arising out of this statement of limited warranty shall be limited to the amount paid for this product at the time of the original purchase, and Lock ‘N load, Inc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

To obtain service, return the product within the warranty period, with proof of purchase, to an authorized dealer, or directly to Lock ’ N Load, Inc. You will be responsible for all shipping charges related to your service.

ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THIS PERIOD.”
